Lyle & Enosh are both scientists who specialize in sustainable, ethical, and ecological food production. They have lived around the world and they enjoy the finer things in life. Both are UC Davis graduates and they are well versed in culinary and brewing arts.


Lyle (experienced shopping cart rider) is a Food Scientist with an emphasis in Beer Brewing. He has worked in England and studied in Holland, and has explored Europe at large. He currently is traveling the world, and eating it.


Enosh is a physiological ecologist who is currently sustaining billions upon billions of organisms in the form of plants, protista, animals, and microorganisms. When not crafting edible items, he captures mountain lions and tracks their interactions with white-tailed deer.
